For our ten year wedding anniversary we took the kids to San Diego where we went on our honeymoon. We had so much fun going to the beach, seeing the temple, and
walking around Balboa Park.

Annika wasn't too excited about having an adventure looking for sea creatures in tide pools and caves!
Nathaniel was on the hunt for sea creatures. We found crabs, sea anenomes, mussels and saw someone catching lobsters. Nathaniel and Liesel loved it!
Elora was thrilled with the ocean!
A big wave unexpectedly came up and soaked Liesel and Annika!
Liesel laughed and kept playing.
Annika cried and wanted to go home.

When asked what her favorite part about San Diego was, Annika replied, "Going to sleep at the hotel."
